Scifiniti Publishing is pleased to announce its upcoming webinar, scheduled for April 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM GST, in collaboration with Sci-Train. The session, titled “Using AI Ethically in Research Writing,” will be presented by Dr. Maria Machado, Editor-in-Chief at Scientia. This webinar marks the second collaboration between Scifiniti Publishing and Sci-Train.
Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping how researchers write, offering new efficiencies in literature review, drafting, editing, and citation management. However, these capabilities also bring important ethical responsibilities that the research community must address carefully.
This interactive one-hour session will provide researchers with practical guidance on how to integrate AI tools responsibly into their workflows. It will cover key issues such as ensuring accuracy, maintaining transparency, avoiding plagiarism, and upholding scientific rigor. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of how to use AI effectively without compromising the integrity or quality of their work.
Webinar Agenda (60 minutes)
The session is designed to provide a practical overview of ethical AI use throughout the research writing process:
- Presentation: Responsible AI use for planning, drafting, editing, citations, and journal compliance
- Live Q&A and Chat Discussion: Attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with Dr. Machado, ask questions about specific challenges, and participate in moderated discussion with fellow researchers
- Certificate of Attendance and Webinar Recording: All registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance and access to the full webinar recording

Scifiniti and Sci-Train: A Growing Partnership
This webinar represents the second collaboration between Scifiniti Publishing and Sci-Train Global, following their successful joint session on “Ethics and Integrity in Research and Publishing” held in July 2025. That inaugural event attracted researchers from across disciplines and received positive feedback for its practical approach to authorship ethics, conflict of interest management, and plagiarism prevention.
The continued partnership reflects both organizations’ shared commitment to supporting the research community with timely, relevant, and actionable training on emerging topics in scholarly communication. By combining Scifiniti’s publishing expertise with Sci-Train’s global training network, these webinars aim to equip researchers with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate an increasingly complex publishing landscape.
