Ken-ichiro Kamei is a stem cell engineer and associate professor at NYU Abu Dhabi, jointly appointed in Biology and Bioengineering. He is affiliated with NYU's Tandon School, Kyoto University, and Shenyang Pharmaceutical University. He earned his BA (1998), MS (2000), and PhD (2003) from Tokyo Institute of Technology.
